Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-21
Draft. This document has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet, and it will be before Zonehook launches. Until then it describes how Zonehook intends to work, not a final agreement.
Who these terms are between
Zonehook is an online service that researches public sources for content ideas, drafts content from them and publishes it when you approve it. These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Zonehook, called we or us below. The operator's legal name and address will be added here before launch.
By creating an account you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Zonehook for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.
Your account
Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you should tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Zonehook.
Your workspace and your team
Each account belongs to one workspace. The Owner of a workspace can invite others as Owners or Editors, change their roles and remove them. Owners are responsible for who they let in and for what members do in the workspace.
Every change in a workspace is recorded in its audit log, which members cannot edit.
Trial, plans and credits
A new workspace starts with a 14-day trial that needs no payment card. When the trial ends, the workspace becomes read-only until a plan is chosen.
Actions such as research, generation and rendering use credits. Zonehook shows an estimate of the credits an action will use before it runs, and the current prices and plan limits are shown in the app. A paid plan renews until you cancel it, and cancelling stops further charges.
Your content
You keep the rights you have in what you put into Zonehook, such as your brand details, and in the drafts Zonehook produces for you. You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to run the service for you.
Research results include excerpts of, and links to, public material that belongs to others. They are there so you can check where an idea came from; their owners' rights still apply.
Content written with AI
Drafts are written with the help of AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Review every draft before you approve it. You are responsible for what you approve and publish.
Publishing to other platforms
When you connect a channel, you allow Zonehook to publish the content you approve to it. Nothing is published without an approval. The platforms you publish to have their own rules, which you must follow, and we are not responsible for their decisions about your account or your posts.
Acceptable use
Do not use Zonehook to publish anything unlawful, deceptive, hateful or infringing, to send spam, or to break the rules of the platforms you publish to. Do not try to get around usage limits, reach other workspaces' data or disrupt the service. We may suspend a workspace that does.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Zonehook available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or remove features, and we will tell you in advance about a change that removes something you pay for.
Ending your use
You can stop using Zonehook at any time. An Owner can export the workspace's data and delete the workspace; a deleted workspace can be restored for 30 days and is then removed for good.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about Zonehook is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes to these terms
Each version of these terms carries the date it took effect. When we change them, we will tell you in the app and ask you to accept the new version before you continue.
